Our Work

From glass towers that catch Vancouver's coastal light to urban spaces where people actually want to hang out – here's what we've been building lately.

Cascade Tower

Cascade Tower

32-story mixed-use building that's become a bit of a landmark in downtown. We worked with natural light patterns to reduce energy costs by about 40%.

Commercial LEED Platinum
Seawall Residences

Seawall Residences

Waterfront living with 124 units designed around the idea that every apartment deserves a view. Took us three years but residents say it was worth the wait.

Residential Sustainable
Granville Commons

Granville Commons

Public plaza redesign that turned an underused parking lot into a community gathering spot. Now there's a farmer's market every Saturday and it's always packed.

Urban Planning Public Space
Innovation Hub

Innovation Hub

Tech campus for a rapidly growing company. They wanted 'Google-esque' vibes but with a Pacific Northwest feel. Lots of wood, lots of glass, and a rooftop garden employees actually use.

Commercial Tech Sector
Summit Executive Suites

Summit Executive Suites

Corporate office redesign that ditched the cubicle farm for flexible workspaces. Productivity apparently went up but honestly I think people just like the coffee bar we added.

Interior Architecture Corporate
Skyline Penthouses

Skyline Penthouses

Eight luxury units at the top of our Cascade Tower. Floor-to-ceiling windows and terraces that make you feel like you're floating above the city. Sold out before construction finished.

Residential Luxury
Harbor Market District

Harbor Market District

Revitalized an old warehouse area into a mixed-use retail and dining destination. Kept the industrial bones but made it inviting. The food court's become a local hotspot.

Commercial Adaptive Reuse
Westside Greenway

Westside Greenway

Pedestrian and cycling corridor connecting three neighborhoods. Took five years from concept to ribbon-cutting but seeing people use it daily makes the planning headaches worthwhile.

Urban Planning Infrastructure
Verdant Heights

Verdant Heights

Affordable housing project that doesn't look or feel 'affordable.' Green roofs, shared gardens, and common spaces that foster actual community. Won a design award last year which was nice.

Residential Affordable Housing
Fusion Lounge

Fusion Lounge

Restaurant interior that balances intimacy with openness. The chef wanted diners to see the kitchen action without feeling like they're in a cafeteria. It works.

Interior Architecture Hospitality
Coastal Medical Center

Coastal Medical Center

Healthcare facility designed to feel less clinical and more welcoming. Natural light in waiting areas, healing gardens, and wayfinding that actually makes sense. Patients have noticed the difference.

Commercial Healthcare
Metro Station Revamp

Metro Station Revamp

Transit hub renovation that improved flow for 50,000+ daily commuters. Brighter, clearer, and accessible. Working within existing infrastructure was like solving a 3D puzzle but we pulled it off.
